As u know that the most important thing to produce best quality of Surimi is freshness material, so it make surimi have good smell, whiteness. But almost surimi factory of Viet Nam is located in South of Viet Nam, where have a long time catching tradition (about 15-20 days) so it's the reason always make surimi  have bad smell ( not fresh), dark colour,need use medical to fix it so product doesn't have natural smell of fish meat.

We advice that we are theONLY ONE factory processing surimi in the North of Viet Nam, where have a short time catching tradition(about 2-3 days) so quality of SURIMI alway fresh and it's  makeour product's  quality is the best of  VietNam's surimi.
